I liked Kent and he took a great deal of interest in me. He asked to have discussions with me off of this message board and we did. I knew nothing of Alex Jones or David Icke until Kent brought them to my attention.

Obviously, due to the dismissals he got here when he brought these guys up...and really, rightly so...and his adamant support of Jones and Icke conversations with Kent often became quite heated.

So, while discussions I had with Kent were wide ranging, he was quite a "seeker of knowledge" and a bright guy, he also had an uncontrollable urge to connect random dots...which at times did not really make any sense to connect.

However, these connected dots often suited a pattern that...well...I think he really wanted to see.

Yes, he believed there was a "chosen bloodline" that determined who would be president. So, Hillary was in that bloodline according to him and was destined to be president.

I tried to persuade him that Hillary Clinton being a likely presidential candidate was due to the machinery the Clintons had built in terms of influence and connections and of course the fact that they were not the types that would show up to a gun fight with a knife...rather they would just fly over and drop a nuclear bomb on the the guys with the guns. The Republicans feared the Clintons and so spent decades attempting to destroy them...and that legacy lingers on.

I actually think a sad result of the years of the Republicans pushing idiotic conspiracy theories about the Clintons actually turned a percentage of their voting base into the kind of nuts that voted for Donald Trump...that 28% to 30% I always bring up.

This is why and how guys like Trump and Roger Stone are so into Alex Jones and why Marc would state on this message board, years after Kent's death, that Jones "gets some stuff right."

Alex Jones, on this message board, was a punchline but now he is a voice for the 28% that believe there is a "deep state" that is out to get the moron, Donald Trump.

It is fascinating that Alex Jones (albeit banned on several social platforms at the moment) is still around and that now the president of the United States is one of his fans. I would love to hear Kent comment on this. I mean it would be interesting to hear his take on the downfall of Hillary Clinton as well to some extent but really I would want to hear him talk about how guys like Jones and Icke went from fringe lunatics to people that Donald Trump (OK, admittedly Trump is a moron) and his pals like Roger Stone fully embrace.

I think that Kent was always about protecting his fellow human beings so I think he would probably have dropped his support of Jones and Icke and maybe had a good laugh at Marc wearing an "Info Wars" t-shirt around the house.
