is of course one that I can't recall where I read it, but I think it was in Psychology Today. The gist of it was researches found beliefs of a large number of partisans, when faced with documented facts, only had those beliefs grow in strength. To me, that is so disturbing. To these people, even video taped evidence only drives those beliefs deeper.And on top of that, in this age of technology where credible research is a click away, people continue to believe long, debunked lies and myths.
