this from the soundcloud page about Tomorrow - American Standard was a band
concept we had where we would get together once a week at The Way Station
and record twisted versions of standards. The core of the band was Jeff
Barry, David Baerwald, Steve Lindsey and myself, with Dave Way recording.
Depending on availability, it was Russ Kunkel or Matt Chamberlin on drums;
Dan Schwartz, Bob Glaub, or Bram Inscore on bass; Blake Mills or Dean Parks
on the 2nd guitar(with Baerwald), Jim Cox or me on keys (with Lindsey).
There was a lot of drinking involved. This song idea was a Steve Lindsey
stroke of genius. Baerwald sings "Tomorrow" from the Broadway musical
Annie. Enough said.
