So you keep saying Alan! Except you were tiring of the music last I heard :P You must see Boy and Bear live if you get the chance, but I don't think they play festivals. We saw them in Albany at the Entertainment Centre a couple of years ago. You could tell that they revelled in the rapt attention of the audience and the acoustics of the concert hall. Next time they played at the Astor Theatre in Perth. Totally different vibe - they didn't come on till 10 p.m. and the second support act were so totally at odds with their style of music that you wonder why they were chosen. The crowd drank and talked all the way through it. The band were still terrific when they came on but nothing like the almost spiritual experience we'd had in Albany.Tonight we are back in Albany and know what to expect - I couldn't be more excited! I suspect they may have learned from their experience because the venues on this tour are all concert halls. They've done 2 shows at the Sydney Opera House this week. Alyssa is going to see them at the Fremantle Arts Centre on Sunday night. She actualy delayed coming home for a day to be there and if you knew how homesick she is, you'd know that seeing this band is simply not to be missed.Just do it!!!P.S. Peter - just thought of another favourite - Big Man :-)
