Kids have an oft used saying these days..."first world problem". My daughter has used it on me a
number of times when she sees me concerned about something that in the grand scheme of things
really doesn't matter. We live our lives in these comfortable bubbles that can shelter us from the
ugliness of the world. We can tune in just enough to get a glimpse but then stop the feed when it
becomes too much. I'm guilty of that. You're right. We're very superficial. There's so much hurt out there and so much of it is beyond our ability to help or change. All we can do
is be that small push that maybe makes a ripple in the lives of others in a positive way.I wish I had more to offer.Kevin g
