Real Time with Bill Marr had them on live last week. They stated that the redistricting failed twice during regular session on procedural grounds with nornal votes, so the Republicans changed the rules to allow passage with the votes they had, prompting the walkouts.
Uh huh. The Republicans changed their minds about being in the majority......hmnnnnnnn........And that of course explains also the 1st time they skipped town when they did not even want it to come up for a vote and threatened this if it did
