Personally I prefer The Seldom Seen Kid, which for me is the most melodic, but there are several who prefer the earlier records (Leaders of the Free World and Asleep in the Back).
The new (Build a Rocket Boys) is also excellent, but a little more subdued and it has one of the best concert sing-a-long songs:
