The 200g vinyl is heavy - noticeably heavier than your run o' the mill album.
If you have the 200g version you would know. As for differences - besides the
weight. Well...the 200g version was released in 2003 and more than likely was
mastered specifically for this release. I did read on a music board (not this
one) that Bernie Grundman (google him) mastered both the original album release
and this 2003 re-release. Is this 2003 release "better"? Well...for my ears
the 2003 vinyl release is WAY better than the CD version. I do have a copy of
the original vinyl release around. I will run that through and see/hear how it
compares.If anyone else is following this along - PM me for a link for the rest of the
album in mp3 format. Do your own headphone analysis.Dan
