I will re-post the recipe.  Guaranteed success if "instructions" are followed.   I will attempt to post a picture of this Martini soon.  I have the photos, but I have a great deal of difficulty with the gallery, due to size constraints.  Oh well.

BUT..be sure to have the following ingredients: 1. High quality gin (I prefer Tanqueray because of the bite, but some folks prefer Bombay Sapphire, regular Bombay, or eccch..Beefeater ).  2. Angostura bitters (a must...get 'em at your local grocer; they're in liquid form, small bottle). 3. Dry vermouth (any brand will do.  we will be using very little, but you still need some).  4. A proper mixing glass, with preferably oz measurements.  5. Stainless steel shaker (please....don't use plastic!!).
