I, too, share your disdain for the use of the word "miracles". I don't believe in them. I believe
in the probabilities of events happening or not happening. There are winners and losers,
and the winners often simply beat the odds, it's entirely predictable. The repeated use of
the word "miracle" is due to a lazy, human-interest story focused media and an ignorant,
magical-thinking public.
