I find relationships between fathers and sons more interesting. Lucky for me, I had a very good one and lately I think of others and feel very fortunate to have the one I did - or to even have one at all. It is very hard for me to imagine what it must be like for sons and daughters of families with issues. One criticism I do have about my own father is how he never really gave me the tools that makes one's life easier in this world. We never started having in depth, complex conversations about things until my Jr year in college (on a funny note, he about freaked out when I mistakenly thought good things about Ronald Reagan and told him so). Lucky for me I had other mentors in and out of my life. And then MB tells us his amazing tale. You take care MB and enjoy this week and the upcoming and future days.
