Pat, it may not be the first time for Kobe but unless others come out and say so or he does, then it is all speculation. I live in the Los Angeles area and one thing that gets me are the "on the street" comments from fans and the public. A reporter asks "Do you think Kobe is guilty of these charges?" and people respond with "Nah, Kobe would never do that" or "He is guilty"... where are the facts? These people act like they KNOW Kobe on a personal basis. People act like they know him. Why do I care what other people think of if he is guilty or innocent. All I care about are the facts of the case not some people walking around in L.A. For all I know, these people are SHAPE SHIFTING LIZARDS who are here to FORCE us to believe what THEY want us to. In the end, pat, I just think it best to stop the speculation because then people run with that as fact.
