France has some good govmt and some bad govmnt. Has some good people and bad. We (they/them) just haven’t (near) figured it all out yet. …All the decades of scientific and philosophical knowledge and humanity is still fumbling around in the periphery of another dark age. Why? How the heck do I know! If I had to venture a guess, I’d suggest it’s because ..with every act of munificence, consideration, sound philosophy, scientific logic, heart, love, and humanity, there comes from withinside or withoutside at least two stinkbug elementals: ..bloody f#@in’ greed ..and bloody f#@in’ disrepute ..that get busy tearing it all to hell one bite, one troll, one greased palm at a time ..like a cancer. (Like the man implied, bloodied hands aplenty.)  & so it looks like we’re stuck with that. AND so that doesn’t bode well ..not at all. ...& yet somehow....
