These tracks were sent to me by DBIS poster - Danl. He found these on a (likely) bootleg called Unplugged (vols 36 and 75). 

He initially sent me 3 tracks - Nobody, Glass For Those Yet To Die, and Born for Love. These do sound like it's just DB and a guitar. Now, the version of Nobody did show up on the A&M comilation Beyond Words from 2022. The liner notes indicate it was recorded at 2 Meter De Avond In for VARA Radio Holland. Maybe all three were. Here are Glass.. and Born for Love.
