there should be an instant moratorium on any water drilling.... it's as bad as a nuclear bomb... and i heard someone liken one rickety well to a cockroach infestation: if there's one there's bound to be others, likely many of them... obama needs to step up to the plate and hit every one of these oil companies out of the park...
