Very sorry to hear the news of your loss, Andrea and David. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to you both and your entire family. Obviously I never met your dad but from the stories you told and his writing he was obviously a unique and complex individual. You both seem to be such wonderful people and I believe he must have played a large part in that. It makes me very sad for personal reasons as well because I know at some point I'll have to deal with the loss of my father and I know how much that will hurt. At this stage every conversation has deep meaning for me because I know at some point one of these will be the last. We should be thankful though for the wise older voices in our lives.
