Cynicism worthy of me Dave .... sad but probably true.Interesting that all this is framed in terms of winners and losers in the oil industry, the Gulf fishermen,
the tourist industry, etc; So many of the winners and losers inhabit the non-human realm: migratory
birds, fish, marine mammals ....
