Personally I can't think of a worse time for MSNBC to be airing the Timothy McVeigh tapes.
I see them inflaming already smoldering coals of government distrust amongst tea partiers and other far right followers of Palin and Bachman, to mention a few.
McVeigh acted on the anniversary of the FBI seige at Waco, a needless reminder to today's tinderbox situation which sees the new governor of Virginia calling for a month's observance of America's Civil War Confederate fighters.
A counter argument can be made that the tapes will show that emotions run wild can develop into the killing of innocents, as a warning to today's highly charged "McVeigh wannabees" that Sean Hannity referred to.
I'm interested in what you have to say.
Why is MSNBC airing them this April 19? Do ther corporate bosses deliberately want to stir the pot of political strife?
