It's about a message I've been trying to push onto my stubborn, white, co-workers in my occupational, mainly white, conservative, male work group.

(In other words, it's Rich's column on what white males fear most with a black president and a changing American population demographic).

I just hope that when it's all said and done, for all things not white, I hope we are treated better than what we have treated them.
