As far as I'm concerned he pretty much defined himself as a filmmaker with Piranha 2 -The Spawning...no need to have gone any further than that, Jimmy. For more fun check out the link at the bottom of the page to Mr. Cameron's 9 most arrogant moments.http://hollywoodaholic.com/?p=147Thought I should tread a bit lighter what with all my people eating people stuff recently.
And as one last bonus feature, here is an only days old quote from our boy Jim on how he as a filmmaker can erase the national debt...-----------------
Ed Baig: When is Avatar coming out in 3D on Blu-ray?Jimmy "Cha-Ching" Cameron: We're not officially announcing it right now but I'm hoping for fall. The wildcard is that we might be re-releasing the movie this fall. It's kind of gotten stomped out (in theaters) because of Alice in Wonderland. The word we're getting back from exhibitors is we probably left a couple of hundred million dollars on the table as a result. The question is the appetite still going to be there after the summer glut of movies. We're going to assess that. We're talking about maybe adding in additional footage and doing something creative.
------------------If you have the stomach and interest to read the whole interview with Jim "If the Titanic sailed with my wallet on board it never would have left the harbor!" Cameron you can go here...

(It is kind of fun when he starts bashing anybody else that attempts to do something in 3D...'cus you know only he can do it right!)
