Some randy bird, @l.
Off topic: Reg. Late, late, the other night, on the suggestion of a friend, after a couple o Stouts, I watched a flick from ’97 titled American Perfekt. Directed by Paul Chart in his “feature” debut in the US. He directed A Conversation with Ken Kesey …and there’s some argument whether he wrote the screenplay for Judgment in Berlin ..or did Leo Penn write it..or Joshua Silclair or..hellifyknow..did Chart just “fix” the script? …as has become his bread-n-butter forte…behind the scenes.
Robert Forster does what he does perfectly weird…and Fairuza Balk pretty-well outdoes herself. If you haven’t already, …apparent diverging film tastes n all, somehow I think you might dig this one. It ain’t sentimental…really. ...It's a sexy soft-macabre black comedic road flick with a silver coin & a deadpan ending.
oh brother, here he comes. ...one more time, Maestro...
