The Great Yokai War (’05)

Takashi Miike, maker of things NOT for kids (apparently, as this is my first Miike film),

forays into the kid friendly fantasy (horror) adventure genre.

Certainly worth a viewing.  Like Anime (Miyazakiesque), Andrea, but in the flesh.

Will humanity ever learn, ever get out from under the thumbs of our worst case scenarios? 

Or will it be wretchedly true … we do deserve the fate that Lord Kato has in store?

Follow the Tao of Tadashi-san.  Come on, Tadashi-chan, you can save the day.
