Patriot Act = Big Government

Homeland Security Department = Big Government

Nationalizing Airport Security = Big Government

Bush's TARP program which was rushed through while he was still in office = Big Government

And the right is whinging about health care? Which infringes on no ones personal rights? And does more to save lives than any of the four programs above ever have or ever will? And even if it did mean an increase in taxes, would mean significantly less than any one of the programs listed above.

But since we can't put the "National Security" bogeyman behind health care, the right can slam it and deny it and belittle it and use words like "Socialist" all day long.
