As you say beer is all the rage in Germany and Austria ;-) I personally prefer the german wheat beers(weiss beer), which are very refreshing, but one should probably switch to something less sweet after a couple... Havent been to Munich, but Salzburg have some interesting salt mines (duh Salz=Salt) and an excellent Zoological museum (called "Haus der Nature")as far as I recall. Vienna is just a pretty city and if you are at all into classical music then there should always be something going on... (Wienersängerknaben=the world famous boys choir, Excellent Opera and concert halls that probably plays a lot of Mozart etc...). Oh yeah there is a really big ferris wheel :-) If you get the chance then take a trip on one of the rivers (The Rhine, The Danube/Donau). To bad you are not coming to Denmark, would have loved to buy you a danish beer or two ;-)
