Messy, I have practically nothing to bring to the table in terms of technical expertise (although I can tell you about my dozen+ years in self-imposed Microsoft hell), but I do have one question that seems almost stupid to ask at this point: Why must it be a laptop?By now you've probably made the purchase already, and the question is moot. But wouldn't a desktop have handled the job? Maybe have a blackberry or other such device for remaining tied to the 'web' while travelling . . . Just a thought.Herring405
