Venezuela seized private pasta-making plant.  Cites them for not making enough product even though price fixing makes it unecomical for them to expand.

So, let's see.  The Venezuelan government signs contracts that are still in force, refuses to pay, and then takes the companies and their assets as further punishment?  (likely with some compensation, but does anyone think that will come at market value?)
