To anybody here that contacted folks in the Massachusetts legislature to restore funding to the Mass Academy of Math and Science. We learned on Friday that the House did amend the budget to restore funding to the school. A true "yes, we can!" moment for me in terms of politics, as they can seem so few and far between, proving once again they can happen if you get involved. Now the budget moves into the Senate and a new round of debating begins over it so while it is a battle won, it is not over yet. We did celebrate over the weekend though, so again thanks.
