The documentary Dog has plugged as well as another I saw last year (can’t recall the title) drive home pretty clear notions that both elections were IN FACT stolen.  If this is the case, what do we, the people, have to believe about a democratic vote anymore?  UNLESS the more earnest thinking wealthy in places of power STEP UP and fearlessly say NO MORE.  I’m not seeing it.  I saw Ralph Nader talk tough on Real Time, …but mostly I feel like 40 days from now we are likely going to be force-fed a figurehead.  & there’s a sorrow in my wife’s eyes I’m not used to, and a struggle to remain in the black in the next year that neither our excellent credit rating nor apparent quality of life have hinted at ~~ not until very recently … with the cost of everything skyrocketing and the ability for our fellow consumers to take part in what we, as a family, do to maintain a living.  (& now those who are closest to being potentially crippled by the economy are going to be mandated to BAIL OUT those who’s only concern is whether or not they can sail by wind power this early evening or be forced to start the engine?  Today’s America has the potential to one day be seen as one of the great shit-stains in world history.  ...OR MAYBE SOMETHING EXCELLENT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED IN THE THICK OF IT, but I’m not seeing it.  Anybody seeing the bright side here?)    

We'll roll with it ... like the rest of you ... but there's no denying the anxiety.
