It's not black and white, but it is black and red. We've been subjected time and again over the last few years to stories of executives leaving their companies with multi-million dollars in golden parachutes, sometimes when those executives were forced out because of tremendous losses under their guidance.I think what most of the middle and lower classes see on this is yet another example of the disaffected fat-cats being pardoned for their poor planning and the bill being passed on, at the tune of $3600 or so, to each of us.I don't want a recession (or worse), but a lesson must be learned from this. The terms of the bailout must include provisions for the compensation and severance structures for those responsible for guiding these companies into the mess they're currently in.
