Oh yes - the Swallowed By The Cracks video. Andrea in FL had a copy on VHS and sent it my way. But as luck would have it - it was stolen from my doorstep (no lie). Andrea had a sorta backup in place - but upon further inspection - it wasn't usable. The video is shot with DB and DR at a (what appears to be) strip club. It was cool to see - and would be great to get an actual copy of. And as far as rare videos are concerned - there's always the Ain't So East video that's so far been mia entirely. Here's an email from someone (an employee at VH1) who had access to the MTV/VH1 listings -

Hi Dan, Thanks for the info...both Welcome to the Boomtown and Swallowed by the Cracks turned up as videos in our system (which includes both MTV and VH1 libraries), but Being Alone Together did not. It most likely does not exist. There was only one other video that came up as well, and that is one for Ain't So Easy, (also from the Boomtown album)...Hope that helps. It's harder to look up the video producers names, and anyway, they wouldn't be able to help you; since record companies pay to make videos, they are the only ones who would be able to license them. Surely if you are working with David, he could get his record co. to dub all three videos for you. Kim
