Do you think I should remove the post and if so why? I don't ask to be a smart ass and you know I've removed many things here to keep the peace. I meant the post, poor taste and all, to be funny. I included swipes at Edwards and Clinton too so it was not just bashing the Republican ticket though I'll admit it was harder on them.

Yes, that's true and I think that makes it even more disturbing. It was actually brought to my attention quite a while ago by a Republican who was using it to help illustrate for me why he felt McCain was an asshole and he would never vote for him. Since then I have seen and heard about McCain treating his wife poorly in public on many occasions. The video Andrea posted was another clear example. Frankly, I find it odd that she stays with him. She obviously does not need him.

Please do not do that. I think most of us on this board agree, liberal and conservative, that Jackson is a clown. Secondly, Jackson is not running for president but McCain is and those were McCain's own words. If you want to post some comments from Obama or Biden that you feel make them look bad feel free. Dale already posted Biden's comments about Obama that got him in hot water. Also, I did not post that McCain quote for "shock value" I posted it as comedy. In the context of my post I hope people understood that and did not feel that I was just trying to use "naughty words" to offend people.

Why have I "opened Pandora's box" by posting a comment from McCain? He opened the box when he said it. As I said if you want to post Biden's words (I'm sure you can find some real winners) or Obama's feel free. Jackson has nothing to do with anything.

I have to admit I'm sort of stunned that this post seems so disturbing to you. I've posted odd stuff before, probably nothing with the offending word in it but is it that one word that has me in such hot water here?
