I went to a pre-bid meeting yesterday for a new school. At present, the site is a wooded lot with a cattle gate. A question was raised by a school employee, he said that the locals would clamour for wood after it was cut and, wanted to know what the policy would be ? Thw answer was that the wood and brush would all be burned on site and, by law, they could not give the timber to anyone. WTF ?
