Icon Re: The Crux of this Whole Discussion

"Unbelievers love to appeal to scripture for such passages as, judge not (lest ye be judged), and ignore all else that doesn't suit the plea they're expecting to cop but Christians and Jews are expected to study, and, rightly divide the scripture."

And when believers, unbelievers, or anybody in between study that scripture and find crucial disagreements within it, both as presented now and as historically represented . . . what then? How, for example, do you regard the injunctions in Leviticus? Worn any garments with multiple threads woven into them lately?

"The crux of this whole discussion has nothing to do with prophecy, that is but one of many distractions from the point."

And yet you did bring it up . . .
