Team America.  OH!  Don’t even get started there.  Parker & Stone have done some writing over the years, good read-between-the-lines-or-just-fcking-read funny, poignant, right on the money political humor, …but Team America (and other feature length films), I’ve wondered how...uh...somebody’s idea of Thee Great Hand O’Doomsday Dogma doesn’t reach down out of the sky, snap up Dubya by his chimpanzee-faced-cigarhead and use him to beat the living sheet out of Parker & Stone because neither their mamas nor their papas could’ve.  Shake m up a little, so that stuff like Team America never happens again in their lifetime.    …Then, of course, bite the head off Dubs & his gruesome snarling bub (Come’eer you miserable bugger crunch mmmnummnumm) in true violent old-school Warner Bros. Cartoon fashion for the finale, mumbling unto the other heavies on the Hill to Watch-It, Your Next! …just for effect:  grins & sighs & pure poetry certainly.  But NO, it doesn’t go down that way does it?  It just keeps feeding on itself for centuries putting a heavy-handed damper on anything truly spiritual and increasing the anxiety and mass graves and ambiguous suicides and destruction, destruction…………………….
