Thanks Mick! I am TOTALLY going to use that the next time someone's over and I'm mangling all the notes - I'll just say 'It's the guitar, not me!' which might actually work were it not for the fact most of my friends play. Along the lines of cheap instruments - I might blow some cash on thishttp://www.dealhack.com/archives/2008/06/rogue_acoustic_guitar_mandolin.htmljust because I'd like a mandolin, from a mandarin, most likely. My son can bang around on them, too.
