Is it getting smokey near you at all? All I have heard about is the lightning strikes starting hundreds of fires and Big Sur in major trouble. Has it been really dry this year? We had a bit of a drought, with water rationing and all and the everglades caught on fire. With the water being so low, the boggy stuff smolders for days. Lake Okeechobee was on fire as well. The smoke could be felt for over a hundred miles. It has finally started raining. Firefighters are among the amazing people.
