So why does this get a pass? Because it originates from the Army? 
First problem - the gunshot and stab wounds that don't exist.
Second problem - If you are going into a hostle situation, why take a cameraman ? You not only have a extra target, you have to expend resources to protect him while he's filming.  plus, where's the film of the firefight?

If it was a true story, it would be easy enough to prove - a couple witnesses from the hospital, a few expended rounds dug out of the wall - some evidence.  When you consider the forged nuke document & the WMD investigation teams leaving the country emptyhanded, it falls into a pattern of lies form the administration to justify the war.  Add to that the current proposal in front of the UN to allow the US to administrate the Iraqi oil for food program - something Stinks here.
