I picked up a new DD cd while there (along with Ribot's Ceramic Dogs).  Douglas' new one is another Keystone project.  So far, I think it's more cohesive and a better listening experience than was the first one.  I like Douglas best with some sort of electric keyboard, as with "Freak In" and "Strange Liberation."

The Zorn "Dreamers" cd is a must for anyone who liked the calmer moments of Naked City and Radio or for anyone who likes to hear Marc Ribot with lots of room to play.

Still, Joey Baron was the real star of the show.  It's great when a drummer can play so musically and still show off those virtuoso chops.  He's up at the top of my list of favorite drummers to hear now.
