The toolbar was something built in to the original software that was reshaped to make this message board. That software was no longer being developed even then - so it was and is frozen developmentally back in 02 or 03. Needless to say browsers have changed and some things from back then don't work today. I think the toolbar only works on Microsoft's IE ver 5 and/or 6. There are ways to get some of the same functionality with plugins for Firefox - the plug in is called Xinha. Anyway - enough about that.Dan
