Among other ePropaghanda I receive is one called the Patriot Post. I recommend it if one likes historical quotations, particularly of the founding fathers. It's Reagancentric, y'know "THE REAGAN REVOLUTION" which is of course a bunch of HS if one is discussing conservative principles. But then if you disconnect what Reagan said from what was actually done in his name, it appears he was a conservative, privately.

Anyhow, the Patriot Post is where I picked that up, it's a weekly pro American rag that purports to be conservative. As to where and when Billary was whining(e.g., The Great Right Wing Conspiracy-not a denunciation from lefties about that alleged "conspiracy") it didn't say. I could probably find out which week or you could just deduce the time frame of the we're not getting our way whining and look through Bill's press releases. Although, like the Congressional Record, he'd probably edit such unflattering remarks.

All that said, I'd lay money that's an exact quote. Care to put a twenty on it, thus making it worth my while to earn some spending money?
