better late than neverour "water managers" have decided to keep us on water restrictions year round. what they will do with all the extra water that accumulates when we are inundated with hurricanes is beyond me. prolly go right on out the waterways to the be salinitated. meanwhile, lake okeechobee was on fire for a few days last week. and so it flows.
