Yes, I was happy, beer-buzzed, and generally elated for having finally heard one of my all-time favorites live and up close (and having my musical expections exceeded!) I actually went to the show with my Aunt, who lives in S.F. (she's taking the pictures), we met the young lady at the show, very nice, friendly and English. Dave and her had some mutual connection with a writer or magazine editor, or some such. She was actually able to carry on a conversation with the man (along with starkravingbrad) while I pretty much mumbled trite phrases of adulation . . .
