Oh, I just went on a little spending jag to try & restimulate the economy and bought several new CD's
sight unseen...or unheard... I haven't even put them on yet because someone's taking a Saturday
afternoon nap in my house.Billy Bragg 'Mr. Love & Justice'
The Roots 'Rising Down'
Portishead 'Third'
and the 'Trio of Doom' a 1979 concert featuring John Mclaughlin, Jaco Pastorius, and Tony Williams
Oh yeah, and I bought another copy of Amy Winehouse. I lent my last one out and it never came back.
Still one of the best records from last year.Looking forward to the new T-Bone Burnett and a new McLaughlin record recorded in India due out
later in the month. I also ordered that triple Jack Bruce 'Live at the BBC'...If that doesn't provide some stimulus I don't know what will.......
