my vote for "Post of the Year"

it says it all, Reg:  on dbis, if you have something important to share, like Give the Burmese a Drink, or the big green weenie is playin you for a mark and you are their own personal shill ye’ real beef eatin, jingo-spoutin, non horseyback ridin, big wheel drivin, low-down-scoundrelin, rootin-tootin-highfalutin for the machine that’s got you bought and paid for, fear-mongering-billboard-banner-wavin, talkin bout how the right is right and the left is shite & their ain’t no logical wisdom of the ages middle ground to be found standing on, staving the progress of human evolution, saltine eatin, 3 piece suit wearin, suburb cowboy in a tract-house with 3 in the drive and none upstairs, well then...your thread gets the shaft.  But if you have something vile to share, your thread will break records; & if you write something meaningful and then edit it into oblivian, no harm no foul, no talk-talk, no style; oh say can you see the great Western bottleneck......ahhhh, civilization.........

so this is my favorite dbis post, Reg.  No doubt we'll see more like it.  If we're lucky the whole panel will follow suit ... &, in the future, we can all come here just to meditate (OM...) on the blankness & Pat.
