• I’d like to see a comeback pilot (with some 21st Century renovations) of NewsRadio, with as many possible returning cast members; especially Stephen Root as Jimmy James, and with a somewhat reigned in (except for sometimes) Jim Carrey as Bill McNeal or an apt surrogate plucky comic relief character and cleversmith. What’s Paul Simms up to other than “The Flight of the Conchords”, anyway? I think it could rock with current events and funny, cerebral crisis funny, funny drama. …& maybe a kickin score? •
