It ain't gonna help. It's merely going to elongate and deepen the inevitable while sucking a few more
droplets of profit from the solvent.Couldn't believe one of the financial talking heads saying this would be a good time to refinance. As
the numbers and interest rates are going down there is truth to it but haven't enough people spent
enough of their equity already? Guess not.
