Is that a ten-gallon hat, Pat? Gene is right about their art museum - it's fantastic. The disc golf courses are pretty decent. Watch for snakes in the dry river beds and poisonous spiders if going through woods - especially early in the morning.
The only city I've been in with higher average speeds on the highways and freeways is Phoenix. You can easily zip around in mid-80 mph range.
The food is good, and there's even a decent microbrew.
