Well to me the writers make the show. Without good ones the quality of the show goes to crap, which is why I don't think the Scrubs were brought in. Every show on DVD would have to have the disclaimer "These shows were written by Scrubs during the strike". Personally I do not believe in Unions because I think they start as a good idea but as in anything else curruption seeps in but in some cases they are absolutely needed. It is odd that they are more prevalent in some states than others
