I'm all Friselled out these days, but I used to follow his music quite closely, and have seen him in concert many times. Now he just bores me. He got a little too caught up in that stoned Americana thing. The last interesting thing I heard him do was Lookout for Hope and Before We Were Born whatever...back in the mid, late 80's. And I love how he blended with John Scofield on Bass Desires projects. Glad you liked the show. He lives in Seattle? Wow...that's a switch.
