A blog Site is generally for one Blogger. This site could be converted with some effort to have both but there are features on this site that make it already like a blog, namely the rollup. Right now this defaults to all of David's posts

But with a little tweaking by Dan he could add a link from each thread pointing to that posters list of posts. With further tweaking Dan could add a field to each post to make it a blog post (with checkbox). That way you could make any post you make as part of your Blog and we as users could view only your blog posts as upposed to all of your posts.
